Associate Spotlight – Chelsey Cardinal

What part of your job makes you feel most connected to our customers or community? Being able to work so closely with people in our community and build those relationships. The personal connections, the conversations, and being involved in the moments that matter most to our customers help me feel rooted in the Bagley community.

What’s something your coworkers might be surprised to learn you admire about them? Our teamwork and the genuine care we have for one another. Everyone steps up, supports each other, and works together. It makes coming to work every day something I look forward to.

What’s a book, podcast, or show you’ve enjoyed recently? Zootopia 2 with my kids. Nothing says “quality family time” like trying to hear a movie over your children loudly explaining the plot… while you’re watching the exact same plot. And honestly, I wouldn’t want it any other way.

If you could instantly become an expert in anything, what would it be? Life – because my kids seem to have it figured out better than I do most days. They find magic in the smallest things: a quiet moment snuggling on the couch, the excitement of showing me something they learned, or the way a simple “Mom, look!” can pull me right back into what really matters. They remind me that life isn’t about having everything perfect, it’s about noticing the blessings hiding in all the noise. I’d love to be an expert at seeing life through their eyes.
