Associate Spotlight – Autumn Hunter

What’s a recent team success you’ve celebrated? A recent success our team has celebrated is how much we’ve grown together in a relatively short amount of time. Most of our team is still fairly new to Treasury Management, with our most experienced person having about a year and a half in the role, so we’ve all been learning together. We’ve come a long way by collaborating, building processes, sharing knowledge, and working closely as a team. I’m proud of how everyone supports one another and how focused we are on creating processes that help mitigate fraud while continuing to improve the service we provide to our customers.

What’s your favorite summer tradition? Camping is my favorite summer tradition. I love the time spent outside, sitting around a campfire, having conversations, and making memories with my family. Being able to share those moments with my mom and dad, my kids, and now my grandkids has been so fun!

What’s a skill you’re currently working on? A skill I am currently working on is to improve my communication and leadership skills. I’m learning how to ask better questions, share ideas more confidently, and collaborate more effectively with others. I am a nerd, but I love learning.

What’s your favorite way to spend a sunny day? My favorite way to spend a sunny day is being outdoors. I love curling up on my swinging chair with a good mystery or spending time camping and exploring with family. The inside chores can always wait when it’s beautiful outside.

If you could travel anywhere this summer, where would you go? I’d love to explore somewhere like Alaska or any place with mountains and stunning scenery. Being out in nature, seeing wildlife, and soaking in those amazing views is exactly what I’m looking for.
